It is now almost a year since Ms. Davids agreed to take on my parents' estate and at the time said it would be a relatively quick process.Unfortunately, under the stressful circumstance I was in, and residing mostly out of the country, I believed her. I am fully aware that the courts are involved and that as a result things don't happen overnight. What I however do not accept is the fact that Ms. Davids has repeatedly chosen to ignore my emails asking about progress, does not answer questions asked and I have now not heard from her in 3 months despite several emails. In addition, despite having been given all the correct information from the start, she initially requested a letter of authority instead of executorship, delaying the process even further.As the bank is one of the debtors in the estate, I believe there is a pointed effort to extend/delay settling the estate as interest continues to accrue daily, not to mention a conflict of interest.<br> I am angry and frustrated at the way this is NOT being dealt with.
