Estate late W Duncan

My late husband banked with Nedbank for many years. And because he had a trust relationship with them he drew up his will with Nedbank. Nedbank apparently doesn't deal with the administration of wills so they outsourced the administration of the will to Veritas Board of Executors.

My husband passed on in Jan 2021 more than three years ago.

There seem to be one stumbling block after the other. First it was the Masters office, then I did have a house that took some time to be sold. The house was sold in February 2023. So since then Veritas Board of Executives waiting for SARS clearance.

What annoys me is that my emails goes unanswered from Veritas and Nedbank. The person that is in charge of this account at Veritas, Stiaan Bekker, doesn't bother to reply either. The admin staff at Veritas seems to change on a regular too and now all my mails go unanswered. When I copy *** in the email there is no response from them either.

If they can keep me updated or informed I will understand. I find it hard to believe a year later they are still waiting for SARS clearance.
