Estate Late Department

App**** to open an Estate Late account with Nedbank Eastgate on the 3rd May 2022.I was informed the LOA need to be verified by their Estate late dept and the process will take up to 48 hours.It's a week later,no update.This was escalated to the manager in the department and he is also not responding to my emails for over two days.

This is disgusting service!!!!!!
