Estate Late Account

More than a month ago, I went to Nedbank Clearwater branch to open a Estate Late account. I gave them a copy of my late husband Death Certificate, Letter of Excutorship and copies of our ID. Just called Clearwater branch again today and this is still not sorted. Please explain to my why this can take so longer.
