ESTATE LATE ACCOUNT COMPLAIN

2022 my Mother went to Nedbank Hartswater branch to open an estate late account of R4000. She was assisted by a banker Named Pinky Pitso but she call herself Boingotlo. Till today there is no feedback regarding an estate late account.i have been doing a follow up on. behalf of my mother because of her age and disability and she kept on promising to come back to me with no respond.The estate late was for my late brother Zamxolo Christopher Speelman. Can I please have a feedback regarding this matter urgently.
