Estate Late Account

i opened a nedbank estate late account last month with Nedbank. problem is my payout from an insurance company cant go thru. i was supposed to have Received R120 000 in my account by today but they say the payment bounced. i am now worried cause a lot of money has to go thru that account and it will inconvinence my family if the account keeps doing this.
