Erst bank ever

The staff at nedbank call centre are rude, unprofessional and not very intelligent. I've submitted 3 months bank statemts for my loan application. No one can assist in listening or solving my problem. No managers on duty. Continously meetings. I'm disgusted by the lack of service and the caliber of people you employ.
