Error payment

On 28 November 2020 I accidently made an ERROR payment from Capitec Bank into Nedbank in the amount of R3 350.00 I IMMEDIATELY REPORTED IT TO CAPITEC AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT 14 DAYS.

Capitec cannot reverse the funds and Nedbank refuses to pay back my money Nedbank says Capitec must reverse.

The one bank blames the other.

I feel like Nedbank and Capitec STOLE my money as NOT ONE OF THESE BANKS can give back my money so in my eyes it us THEFT.

They just want me to be satisfied with losing my money.
