Erroneous Transfer of Account.
This started when I received a call from one of the Nedbank agents offering me a reasonable package that seemed better than my current bank. As the agent was explaining the package to me, I accepted the offer, then the necessary arrangements to shift from my Current bank(FNB) to Nedbank. I received an sms that my card would be delivered on the 15th May 2015, of which it did. I was told that an agent would call me back to assist me with my debit order switching. No service agent called me, so I decided to go to the bank physically and hand them my bank statement. I didn't receive any sms stating that my debit order switching was successful, instead I was told that it was cancelled. I went to the bank to find out what the issue was, and I was told that it was a system error and that all my debit orders are scheduled for the 25th of June. On the 25th of June, my debit orders never went through, so again I went to the bank and I was told that they might go off on the 26th. They never went off on the 26th and I was told that My debit orders needed to be re-captured. I had to transfer my salary back to FNB. Nedbank needs pay for my Returned Item charges, R138*9 as soon as possible.
