Erroneous charge on my Amex Card

Well this started off quite innocently this morning with me noticing a R15 charge for Telephonic Assistance on my Amex Card - so I thought well since I never use my Amex card and I never require Telephonic Assistance I would call through for some assistance to find out what the charge was (in the hope I don't get another charge for finding out what the charge was).

I got through to the Amex Call Centre quite quickly - got told that they couldn't assist me and that they would need to find out from Telephone Banking - got put on hold...... next thing I'm being prompted for Profile Number and Pin code - which I reluctantly enter. Thereafter I get through to another agent - who again asks me for my Profile number which I then got prompted to enter again...... second time security passed.

Eventually I get through to yet another clueless person, who again I need to provide security answers to. At this stage I loose my **** completely because I have now been on a cell phone call for 28 minutes, incurring way more than a R15 charge - so I let this person know that I am not answering more questions and they can phone me back - to which she promptly hangs up on me! Great Job!
