Equipment failure mid deposit💔💔💔💔💔

I deposited an amount of money in a Nedbank ATM.it was cardless deposit in my dad’s nedbank account,My good luck I counted money prior before I deposit,it was R16 050😢💔💔

The Machine made a whirring sound, as it usually does, I'm assuming it is counting money. After an awkwardly long wait it flashed a message in the vein of "💔💔💔💔💔EQUIPMENT FAILURE💔💔💔💔💔" or "technical error" and went back to the normal idle screen

I went inside to tell them the issue they seemed so calm not willing to help with my bulk of money,n they told me of network issues,I don’t believe nedbank is ****ming us as clients,and on top of that that ATM DIDNT EVRN GIVE ME RECEIPT TO SHOW I DEPOSITED N IT WAS THEIR SO CALLED EQUIPMENT FAILURE 💔💔💔I’m so frustrated,I felt like dying,what should I do after trust nedbank with my life Qwaqwa Nedbank Branch Setsing Maluti Cresent Why is the service so bad and the manager didn’t even show up to the situation,it was just the consultant who only told me one thing, “network isn’t stable” I’m not happy,this is affecting my life,it’s been hours now and I can’t even eat due to stress

*** Somebody tell me how can I sue nedbank for this n make other people aware this is not a bank but a **** full of lazy people and ****mers
