Equipment Failure Error in ATM

At around 18:25 today I tried to make a careless withdrawal at the Centurion Mall ATMs, using a voucher and pin I got from Nedbank and got an “equipment failure error” message without getting any money from the ATM. I then tried to do the withdrawal again, using the same voucher and pin and got another error that my voucher had expired. Right there and there, I made a call to the after hours call centre number (0800) 110-929 at 18:31 and spoke to a lady who first told me that there was no careless withdrawal for my number but then changed the time when I gave her the voucher and said it had been sent back to the sender; I must query this with them and then proceeded to end the call without giving me the reference or even any proof that the amount was sent back.
