I managed to renew my daughter`s passport at Nedbank Rivonia after doing the application online, However with mine it is proving to be quite difficult as I was not born here but in Portugal.

I did however read on a post last week that someone born in the UK managed to do it at Nedbank Rivonia the other day applying online directly with the bank.

How can one go about renewing it via this route?
