Enquiries

I have a personal loan with the bank. And in the year, i tried to do insurance applications on my name and it apparently reflects on Nedbank as too many enquiries. I have a very good credit score and affordability. But they refuse to do a consolidation based on enquiries on my name. How does this affect my account with Nedbank. I am asking for assistance on this matter.
