Endless debit orders

On May 31st ,2017, I called Nedbank to find out what the outstanding balance on the personal loan was. I was told that there was only 3 months/3 installments left to finish paying the loan, which meant that on August 25th the last debit order would be processed. On the 1st August I called to confirm if they will be deducting the last payment, I requested for a team leader to investigate this by listening to the call as the consultant I was talking to seemed unsure of what she was telling me. The team leader called and left a voice message confirming that August 25th will be the last debit order. They even sent me a statement showing my outstanding balance a R 1352.34, installment = R 1458.98 which was debited on 25/08/2017. To my surprise on 25/09/17, yet another debit order of R 445.50. I called and was told that it was my last debit order which was for interest and fees for what ,I don't know. The consultant told me that she will ask her team leader to investigate and she or the team leader would get back to me within 24 hours , this was on the 27th or 28th of September. I am still waiting. I subsequently reversed the debit order and stopped it with my bank which led to a charge of R18.50 and unpaid penalty fee Please sort this out and ensure that no more debit orders go through and send me a confirmation in writing that the personal loan has been settled in full. ********** or ********** Contact me on ********** 748
