ENatis Paper non delivery

Purchased a car via Nedbank . The vehicle was settled in full. However numerous request for the eNatis logbook have resulted in excuses and me chasing the wind. Nedbank seem to have misplaced the assets ownership papers which need to be transferred to myself. However incompetency from the bank has resulted in myself being directed from pil**** to post. The next step will be to refer this to the banking Ombudsman.
