Empty promises, worst bank services, I would like to move away from your services provided!!!!

This bank has refused to provide me with feedback on my accounts. I have contacted one of their staff members who said that they will contact me back on the 2-3 March 2023 with feedback in this regard. Still nothing! Empty promises and the worst customer service possible. I would like my accounts updated and I want to close off all my accounts and move away from this bank. I'm tired of running after staff who do not keep to their promises and failed to provide me with feedback. I'll make sure to advise everyone I know to move away from this bank as this is putrid service and lack to back bone to take responsibility and correct the accounts.
