Empty promises

I have opened a Nedbank account in November 2021. That was a really bad experience as per my last review. I then moved to Nedbank and started depositing my salary in December 2021. I was told that after 3 months I would start receiving a rebate of R200 on my MFC account which was part of the promotion where a customer moved to nedbank and used them for salary deposit. I queried in March as to why I was not receiving the rebate and the consultant advised that she cleared the error and that after the 20th of each month I will receive the rebate. That did not happen so I called in again Mid April and the consultant said she will follow with previous consultant and get back . Since then I haven’t heard from them. Nedbank ***
