Empty promises

Such a dissapointment after a purchase of a fridge bought on nedbank Avo app. Empty promises made by consultants, being treated like a fool and send from pilar to post .

Wrong goods delivered and I'm without a fridge for a week going on my second week .

Why am I receiving damaged goods and wrong stock . What is one to do to get this sorted
