Empty promise

Good morning I hope you are well, I opened an account with you guys last year December I was promised a R1500 cash back for income that will deposited into my account over the period of 3 months and ever since I never heard anything coming from you guys and still now it's all most 8 months and still nothing , was this a **** ?
