Electricity through nedbank

I bought electricity yesterday only to have my money taken off my account but no tokens sent to me, after calling nedbank 6 times requesting my token they called me back and guaranteed me that I will hav my tokens by close of business, still nothing until now. I called nedbank again this morning and they now told me my case has been closed its all sorted. Imagine being told this but nothing is resolved. Quick to take my money but no tokens sent to me, I am the one sitting with no power!
