Electricity bought but not received via Nedbank app

I haven't received any refund or any response from query lodged Friday 11.09.20,I bought electricity via banking app and money was deducted but no electricity..... I am taking care of my ill mother and cannot afford for the lights to go out and had to borrow money to buy electricity again...
