EFT reversal fees Nedbank

Hello Peter, l am a Nedbank client for many years, l am very disappointed and planning to leave it for another Bank. Last Month l accidentally made a duplicate payment, as a result l was very broke. I called Nedbank trying to reverse the funds so that l can balance my basic needs. Therefore, the reversal was not a success but NedBank had to charge me R394 for an unsuccessful reversal , adding more stress to what l already had. I find Nedbank inconsiderate as they only do what benefits them, and careless for the benefits of the loyal customers. I am very disappointed.
