EFT from FNB to Nedbank Credit Card Division
Every month for the past 11 months I EFT to Nedbank into two accounts, one into MFC and one to my wife's Credit card. I used the beneficiary details as described by FNB in both occasions, and never experienced any problems. On June 29 I did my normal EFT transactions and paid R1000.00 into my wife's credit card. <br> On July 10 my wife received an sms from Nedbank that no payment was received for July. After numerous attempts and sending off proof of payment to two different divisions of Nedbank, they still could not find the money, nor give feedback to me. At some point they picked up my MFC payment and Mr Khosana notified me by e-mail that the money is in the MFC account. I has to explain that that was my car payment and not the credit card payment. We went back to the Nedbank branch and I spoke on the phone with Mr Khosana. That was 12 August. He send me a confirmation that they are working on the problem. Till today I received no feedback from him or the missing payment department. His no is ***. With a trace number, how could the bank not find the money. FNB charge R238 to reverse a transaction. Nedbank is not doing their job.
