After a ********** time trying to change a student acc to a chq acc at Std bank, after being ignored and treated with indifference, we walked out an hr later having changed our minds and closed the acc. We decided to give Nedbank a try. we were promptly seen by Angie who guided my daughter in her choice of acc and its benefits. 2 days later interacted with Lloyd who also, like Angie was a delight to speak to. Its no wonder the queue is a little long, because everyone wants to chat with Lloyd, he is fantastic and represents everything one looks for in a bank
