Efficient, clean and comfortable
I went to Nedbank branch in Montana today to deposit money. Firstly, the little ticket dispenser is a great idea. Then I went to sit on very comfortable couches in a lovely air conditioned waiting area. I waited until my ticket number was called and then went to a very friendly and efficient bank teller. <br> <br> When I left I saw a different bank's branch. It looked so crowded with people just sitting in rows and rows of chairs all huddled together. It looked uncomfortable and unpleasant.<br> <br> What a great experience today. THANK you Nedbank :) Best bank ever!
