Efficiency at its best
I went to nedbank at south gate mall today to make a deposit...oh my word! I had a pleasant experience I love the makeover from the ticketing system that they have now...It was full but the que was moving so fast I had 10 people before me but I didn't even wait for 10 minutes that how fast it was. Oh yes and i didnt have to stand while queing i was sitting on a couch....Thank you nedbank for really putting the customer first!
