****ed...I want my moneyback

I made the worst mistake and took a personal loan from Nedbank .the interest is too high..I then paid it off and had credit in that account called the bank and requested for the account to be closed and to be credited the funds..Siyabulela (the agent )then told me that the account is closed I should expect a call within 24hrs for credit of the funds and a paid up letter the following day..2 days later I check my account I have been charged..maintenance and interest fees on an account that is supposedly closed...account is still active and still not credited ..I just spoke to Wandile who said he will escalate the manager ...I'm super ****ed
