****ed up service before even getting your card!! Don't USE THEM

Being a new client to any service provider has never been so difficult or disappointing. My first issue started when I have opened my account with this BAD SERVICE PROVIDER After I have received my SMS that I can collect my card it took me two days to get it from the Branch in Stellenbosch!! When I got to the bank I have waited for over an hour and a half to be helped where I then needed to get back to work as I have went over an half and hour over my lunch time to use wait in a line whereby I was C008 and ticket C004 was in line in my specific services needed category. The service consultants which were busy with our queue would then help other people as tellers and then help us or other service needed clients.

THIS I THINK IS REDICULOUS TO DO SEVEREL SERVICES AT ALL CONSULTANTS WHY NOT HAVING A TELLER SIDE TO ASSIST WITH TELLER DUTOES AND OTHER CONSULTANTS TO HELP WITH OTHER SERVICES NEEDED.

WHEN I GOT INTO THE BANK IT TOOK ME 10MINS TO GET MY CARD AFTER A COMPLIANT ON TWITTER.

That being said my second disappointment happened over the weekend I got my salary on Saturday and when I tried to firstly get my app up and running I’m currently still not able to login , the service consultant who helped me told me that I can raise my daily limits on the app which I trusted them to leave the bank as I would be able to do everything on my app.

MONTH END AND I CANT EVEN PAY MY BILLS AS I AM CURRENTLY SITTING WTH A R1500 as my daily limit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Being harassed by people who must be paid is what I’m currently facing

I call the customer care services they are able to help me login to my account but I won’t be able to make transactions what so ever what is the use of having the app then, I must go into a bank once again wait for 2 hours again as I know it would be the case and get a warning from my manager again for being away for longer than my hour lunch??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never been so disappointed in myself for making such a **** decision in my life.

I can’t get away from work to come into a branch to just get a security message setup
