****ed off at there service

They are the worst home insurance ever it always a problem even thou there assessors notify them what the problem is I'm so sick of there service they evens threw the phone down in my wife's ears and never called back they also said they sent the damaged Form last week already they still didn't send it they not interested in what you say but what they think the last time I put in a claim for my bath that had a crack in then they didn't want to fix it eventually I fixed it myself and now the pipe burst in my wall then they came to fix the pipe but damaged my bath again but they also dnt want to hear about that they are the biggest bul****ers when it comes to insurance claims I'll never recommend them to any one
