Ebucks and American Express card and the points

I had my my gold cheque account with Nedbank they call me late last year around October or November on a promotion that they had running for the ebuck double points when using the American express card by swiping or doing withdrawals and i took the offer. Icalled in a week back to get advise on my points as i havent received any statements on points, only then they told me my cards where not activated for the ebuck points thou i have been using it and no one had advised me of such even the branch in rosebank where i fetched my cards. now i have been waiting for the back date my points and fix my problem no one has came back to me to assist or help with the matter and currently m stuck with they card i have been using which is not activated and not serving the purpose it supposed to
