Easy target for *****ulent activities😡😡😡🤬

I’ve been an unhappy customer since I opened the bank with this *********** bank. Firstly, I asked politely to the lady who helped to open an account that I want a my goal account, yet she opened a pay as you earn account. It was so costly to maintain them I opened my goal plus about two/ three months back. This account has been deducted money almost everyday. I don’t have any debit and I’m not a person who utilises online purchase. Now I lost +R1890 and they tell me that the investigation will take 9weeks to 12 weeks. Is there such a TAT? I’m so frustrated cause I’m not getting any help and I’m stranded. How do a person access my banking app while I’m very careful with the information I’m giving and do not utilise the online purchase? How does the money disappear from my pockets where I thought the money will be safe as my current account is a playground? I demand an assistance as every protocol was done. What a ****ty bank!!!!
