Early release

I have been waiting for my funds from you guys since Monday,im told 48 hours but still nothing. Honestly im not happy with the bank and im going to close the account,rather go to a bank that actually cares about its clients as i did state i need those funds urgently as i dont have electric so i need to buy a generator,i cant even work its been days now but still nothing.
