Early deductions Again

I send a complain last year April about the early deductions, till do date am still experiencing the same problem. Am getting paid on the 25th but guess what Nedbank already deducted my monthly instalment today. I don't think I will ever do business with them. They don't have a good customer service. I once spoke to a lady by the name of Charmaine who promised that they will rectify the instalment date but still waiting. D o we always have to complain about the same thing over and over again?
