Early deduction

Earlier this year they deduct my account twice leaving me in a difficult position, now my company pay me petrol allowance and cellphone allowance on the 22nd and they deduct money where we agreed that the deduction date will be the 27th. I wish this account can just be removed from my name as it is really causing me a great inconvenience
