Nedbank does not take their customers serious, no matter how urgent the issue is. They just don't care, in this month I paid 3 times on my home loan and no one at Nedbank can give me a reason. Their response is to apologize, and let me know I'll be refunded in 3 to 5 working days. They are *********** and their service stinks, they suppose to be 1 of the major 4 banks in SA. But they are completely and utterly bad, it's not the first problem I've had and I'm really hope it will be the last.
