Nedbank MFC must have taken millions from customers! They added over R500 to my finance for debt cover when I sent confirmation of insurance and it was confirmed as received. Today I am still struggling after several mails to multiple departments to get my refund and clarity in my premium moving forward. I cannot get through to the call centre which tells me they have ****** millions
