Dysfunctional Card Delivery and Bankers

I have no option but to write a review on here, I am currently overseas and requested nedbank to deliver my AMEX card to me . However after contacting my banker and numerous emails back and forth nothing has happened . My card is about to expire leaving me withhout anything while abroad. the banker has wiped his hands clean even though the AMEX card department advised him on what he needs to do.
