Duplicating transactions on my CC

I booked tickets with SAA on 1 June 2019. I paid for 4 tickets with my Nedbank card. On 4 July all 4 of the ticket costs went off my card again. I disputed these transactions at NEDBANK as SAA agreed it was duplicated. Nedbank reversed 1 of the 4 transactions however the other 3 transactions have not been reversed. Nedbank is blaming SAA and SAA is blaming Nedbank, in the meantime it is my money. This should be reversed and SAA and Nedbank should resolve their own issues. Also person involved at Nedbank promises to get back to me but never does. It is now 2 months after my dispute.
