Duplicated transfer

So Nedbank had issues with there internet banking over the weekend and transactions and transfers done was duplicated. I have called to ask when this will be sorted and not one person can give me a TAT! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!! I'll definitely be changing banks, this is unacceptable!!!!
