Dug up kitchen left in a mess C***

I wish there was a 0 star rating. I claimed for water leak, plumbing was done, good easy quick. But they dug up the kitchen, removed the sink, the cupboards, tiles, and it was just left. Sitting now with no sink/broken up tiles/smelling like a sewer/ broken cupboards unsafe and unhealthy environment and no Reply to get updated, was put through to an Arrogant Mbali person, no manner of speaking don't think she has any training, told her I want to speak to a Supervisor or Manager. I was put on hold and basically cut off, after 20 minutes no return call.
