Dropped my credit score cause of poor customer service

Poor service,called to cancel a card along time ago and it wasn't done and now my credit score is low cause I owe nedbank for an account that I never used and I can't get a loan for an emergency because of this, really disappointed that the phone call with the agent didn't go as they stated cause I canceled my account and card
