dr orders bounce with funds in the account ?

I received a sms notification that literally says low balance notification , I transfer money quickly because obviously I don't want any debit orders to bounce and it still does. Check the account thinking I didn't release money correctly and you see the credit transfer and soon after that the reversals and charges !!! I phone into the call centre to ask how this could happen and they tell me I should've phoned in. Nowhere on the sms does it say to call. :-(<br> <br> So now I have to phone my two creditors to apologise and please do the debit order again ( highly embarrassing ) and still take a charge for it. I pay so much for a platinum account , have credit cards as well as a loan. The least they could've done is to give me a call ? Feeling unappreciated as a client and extremely unhappy and embarrassed. Maybe I should change to FNB .
