Dpuble debits

Double debited my accpunt , waited from the 24th december till the 4th january for a reversal. Not knowing they tried debiting from the 11th december.So in total 3 debits and our of the 3 1 failed. Another problem is that i got 2 debits reversered and thrn 1 taken back . The dates are not accurate with nedbank cause they debit you 3 or a day in advance but only send the notification on the exact date as it was said to debit or a day later. How they can kimny the system. I hope my papper work and amounts add up. As im ready to share screen shots of all that is mensioned on social media and all platforms.
