Doubting Nedbank !

I have had 4 unknown transactions come off my account that total almost R1400 and I had not received any sms notifications on any of them! I called the call center - my first call I had explained all the details, the call dropped and no one was able to call me back yet they have ALL my details. I then had to make a second call explaining everything.

Its a huge inconvenience for me and worst of all I was not even notified by Nedbank.
