Double Standards

I went through a divorce a while back and made some debt along the way. In order to consolidate this debt I app**** for a further loan on my bond.

This would save me about R 4500.00 a month. I.e. I would be able to afford the further loan seeing it actually saves me money every month. The value of my property has grown from R990 000.00 to about R 1 300 000.00 at the last valudation done.

Nedbank declined my loan....it is a small loan and refused to help me. According to Nedbank they have to go according to the National Credit Act standards and I do not meet the affordabillity requirement.

OK.....then why would you ON THE SAME DAY YOU DECLINE MY LOAN......offer me a credit card. Please do explain this logic???????

I explain to you that I want to get out of debt.....even offer to move all my accounts to Nedbankl in order to obtain the loan and close all my other other accounts.... BUT STILL you decline me....and then offer me a CREDIT CARD.... to put me in debt further?

I wonder what the national credit act would say about that?
