Double maintenance fee charge

I was double charged my maintenance fee and only realized when i checked my account this morning, i called the Nedbank call center only to get an agent who casually informs me they know about the issue, but did not bother inform clients and i will be refunded when they refund.<br> <br> in the meantime i can sit and wait.
