Double deduction

I am very unhappy with the treatment I am getting from nedbank. I have a loan and I have never skipped an instalment, not even once. But for October and November, they keep deducting double, for no particular reason. I am tired of calling them for refund. The amount of frusyion and anger is on another level. I can't keep running around like this. Especially for my Money.
