Double deduction #***8

Payment was made towards my bond, thrn the bank deducted the bond amount as well, i asked for the 2nd payment to be reversed and they told me once i supp**** them with the required letter signed by myself and partner, it will be revered into my account in 3 working days, its been 4 days and i called, they now say 7 working days. I am sick and i cant even go to the doctor because i dont have any funds, their processes are slow and they dont know how to attend to matters with urgency
