Double deducted for loan account

<p>i have a laon with Nedbank and iam ahead with payment in the month of May they did not deduct even after i was calling them to remind them.they then called in in the middle of June and we made payment arrangement and we agreed that i was going to pay the June normal installement only in June they double deducted of which i had no budged for with out advicing me and they are refusing to refund the other dedution they have made .i want my one premuim of which you deducted with out may premision Nkosinathi Mthembu ID ********** 653084</p>
